B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) – The Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law (B.A. LL.B.) (Hons.) degree programme is a five-year integrated Administrative Law bachelor’s degree programme offered by SLS Pune. It consists of a combined study of courses from the Arts stream with law education.

B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) – Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law (B.B.A. LL.B.) (Hons.) is a five-year integrated Administrative Law degree programme provided at the bachelor’s level by SLS Pune. Economics, Accounts, Business Studies, Comprehensive English, and Communication skills are among the subjects covered in the curriculum.

We have different LL.B. – Bachelor of Legislative Law (LL.B.) is a three-year undergraduate programme offered by SLS Pune designed to deliver a comprehensive understanding of law to discerning students. By integrating their domain knowledge into the legal profession, the curriculum will aid students in collecting legal information,skills,IT advocacy,Research,EU Law from several disciplines and professions to equip them to fulfil a variety of responsibilities as professional attorneys beyond the traditional function of litigation.

We have 8 Specializations in LL.M. – LL.M. is a one-year post-graduate law degree from SLS Pune. The curriculum prepares students to work as professionals in law and legal affairs in the country by allowing them to specialise in several legal sub-fields. SLS Pune offers 8 specialisations: Business and Corporate Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Innovation, Technology and Intellectual Property Law, Criminal and Security Law, Human Rights Law, Family Law, European Union Legal Studies, and Law, Policy and Good Governance.

Admission Process for B.A. LL.B. (HONS.) & BB.A. LL.B. (HONS.) Academic Year 2024-25

Candidate seeking admission to Symbiosis Law School, Pune (SLS, Pune) should complete the following procedure:

It is mandatory to appear for SLAT (Symbiosis Law Admission Test) as a precondition for admission to SLS, Pune.
Candidate must complete the SLAT (Symbiosis Law Admission Test) online registration process.
Candidate must pay Rs. 2250/- as a SLAT Registration Fees.
Candidate must complete the SLS, Pune payment Rs. 1000/- per programme (i.e. B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) or / and BB.A. LL.B. (Hons.)) while filling the SLAT registration form.
Note: It is mandatory to Register & Pay to both SLAT & SLS Pune. A candidate registered for SLAT and not registered for SLS, Pune by paying above mentioned fees will not be eligible for the next phase of PI process at SLS, Pune.

Three-Year LL.B. Programme at SLS Pune

SLS, Pune has re-introduced the three-year LL.B. programme from 2014 which has received an overwhelming response. This three-year programme is designed to impart professional legal competence to students from diverse educational backgrounds. The objectives of the programme are as follows:

To equip the students with legal knowledge of various legal spheres and skills to perform various roles of a legal professional beyond the traditional role of a litigator for linking their domain knowledge to legal profession.
To give them an edge over their competitors to lead so that the opportunities to shape social, public, and corporate enterprises, such as the state, community organizations and social enterprises, become justice sentinels and justice crusaders seek them out.
To provide hands on experience in legal knowledge, skills, ethics, and values so as to be able to work in a fast changing India set in a globalizing world by learning law in a profound way keeping with contemporary developments.
To build competence to find, identify, and interpret the law in a given situation.
To enhance knowledge and enable them to resolve the legal problems with the correct application of law.
To enable them to deploy IT skills and use the electronic resources to find the legal information.
To demonstrate cognitive skills, problem-solving skills, analytical and independent critical thinking with enhanced research capabilities by using different pedagogical methods and collaborative online international learning.
To help cultivate the ability to appreciate the role of lawyers in justice education in a globalizing world sensitive to the needs of sustainability, poverty, and vulnerability.
To acquaint them with the institutions of the legal systems encompassing national, regional, and international levels and multiple aspects of dispute resolution with intellectual integrity, critical thinking, and as practice-ready lawyers.
